摘要

在"双碳"战略发展目标驱动下,抽水蓄能电站开发进程加快.本文介绍了雅砻江流域水风光一体化示范基地抽水蓄能电站概况,开发建设过程中的高岩坎拆除、宽变幅水泵水轮机、下水库抽水可靠性、水-风-光-蓄多能互补一体化运行调度、高寒高海拔下电气设备绝缘电晕、水库防渗、高寒高海拔地区TBM及电动施工设备等关键技术的研究与应用情况,为高寒高海拔地区抽水蓄能电站的关键技术问题提供参考.

Abstract

The development process of pumped storage power plants has been accelerated by the"dual carbon"strategic development goal.This paper presents an overview of the pumped storage power station in Yalong River Basin,along with research and application of key technologies such as high rock sill removal,wide-amplitude pump turbine,pumping reliability of lower reservoir,integrated operation and scheduling of water-wind-light-storage multi-energy complementarity,insulation corona of electrical equipment under high cold and high altitude,seepage prevention of reservoir,TBM in high cold and high altitude areas and electric construction equipment.This paper offers insights into addressing key technical challenges faced by pumped storage power stations in high cold and high altitude areas.
