新型电力系统下华东电网抽水蓄能电站效益分析

摘要
在推动可持续发展与实现"碳达峰、碳中和"目标的战略背景下,构建新型电力系统是一项重要举措.抽水蓄能作为新型电力系统的核心组成元素,其在促进清洁能源的高效消纳、发挥系统容量替代、节煤减排以及其他动态效益等方面发挥不可或缺的作用.随着区外来电和区内不可调节电源占比的增加,华东电网对抽水蓄能的需求规模进一步加大,抽水蓄能电站的运行方式与作用效益也发生了变化.本文通过构建电力系统生产运行模拟模型,考虑华东电网各省市电网结构相似性,以安徽电网为算例,采用典型约束和最优目标函数法开展电力电量平衡分析.计算表明,在火电装机规模较大、一次能源缺乏的电网中,建设合理规模抽水蓄能电站在促进新能源消纳、提供容量和节煤减排方面均有较大作用.
Abstract
With the strategic context of promoting sustainable development and achieving the goal of"carbon peak and carbon neutrality",building a new power system is an important measure.As the core component of the new power system,pumped storage plays an indispensable role in promoting the efficient consumption of clean energy,replacing system capacity,saving coal and reducing emissions,and other dynamic benefits.With the increase in the proportion of external power and non-adjustable power sources in the region,the demand scale of East China Power Grid for pumped storage has further increased,and the operation mode and function efficiency of pumped storage power stations have also adjusted.In this paper,by constructing a simulation model of power system production and operation,considering the similarity of power grid structure in various provinces and cities of East China Power Grid,taking Anhui Power Grid as an example,the typical constraints and optimal objective function method are used to carry out power balance analysis.The results show that in the power grid with large installed capacity of thermal power and lack of primary energy,the construction of reasonable scale pumped storage power stations plays a great role in promoting new energy consumption,providing capacity,and saving coal and reducing emissions.
