摘要

为了有效利用抽水蓄能机组监控中长期低频数据对发电机转动部分进行整体评价,同时克服专家评价过程中存在的模糊性和随机性的问题,提出了 一种基于组合赋权云模型的抽蓄机组发电机转动部分状态评估方法.首先,通过层次分析法构建发电机转动部分状态评估指标体系并且结合熵权法计算底层和中间层指标权重.其次,通过计算云模型参数生成评价云,与基础评价云进行比较,得到发电机转动部分整体评价云模型.结果表明:本文提出的状态评估方法可以有效反映底层指标的劣化趋势,并且简单直观地对发电机转动部分整体状态进行评估,为推进抽水蓄能机组从计划检修向状态检修提供了参考.

Abstract

In order to effectively evaluate the rotating part of pumped storage unit by using medium and long-term low frequency data,and to overcome the problems of fuzziness and randomness in the process of expert evaluation,a state evaluation method of the rotating part of pumped storage unit based on the combined weighted cloud model was proposed.Firstly,the state evaluation index system of the rotating part of the generator is constructed by the analytic hierarchy process and the index weights of the bottom and middle layers are calculated by the entropy weight method.Secondly,the evaluation cloud is generated by calculating the parameters of the cloud model,and compared with the basic evaluation cloud,the whole evaluation cloud model of the rotating part of the generator is obtained.The results show that the state evaluation method proposed in this paper can effectively reflect the deterioration trend of the underlying indicators,and simply and intuitively evaluate the whole state of the rotating part of the generator,which provides a reference for promoting the pumping and storage unit from planned maintenance to state maintenance.
