摘要
对抽水蓄能电站机组在役高强螺栓质量安全检测技术进行了研究,提出了对螺栓内部质量超声波相控阵检测和超声波法检测螺栓轴向应力相结合的技术方法.采用相控阵检测螺栓内部质量能够精确地发现螺栓对比试样中的四个人工刻槽缺陷,采用超声波法检测螺栓轴向应力,检测精度误差在±2%以内,具有很高的检测精度.通过试验和数据分析结果表明,该检测方法能够快速地实现对水工金属结构在役高强螺栓的质量检测排除安全隐患,具有很高的工程应用价值.
Abstract
A study was conducted on the quality and safety inspection technology of high-strength bolts in service for pumped storage power station units,and a technical method combining ultrasonic phased array inspection of internal quality of bolts and ultrasonic method for detecting axial stress of bolts was proposed.The use of phased array to detect the internal quality of bolts can accurately detect the four artificial groove defects in the bolt comparison sample.The ultrasonic method is used to detect the axial stress of bolts,with an accuracy error of±2%,and has high detection accuracy.The results of experiments and data analysis indicate that this detection method can quickly achieve quality inspection and eliminate safety hazards for in-service high-strength bolts in hydraulic metal structures,and has high engineering application value.
