摘要

水轮机顶盖螺栓是水轮机的重要部件,其可靠性对水电站运行安全至关重要.超声检测被广泛应用于螺栓疲劳裂纹的检查.但常规的计划检修无法杜绝螺栓的疲劳破坏,为了有效监测运行状态下的顶盖螺栓裂纹和损伤情况,本文提出了一种螺栓状态检修方案,通过螺栓超声监测传感器的开发及对反射信号的数字处理与分析,实现了水轮机顶盖螺栓疲劳裂纹的原位监测,为水电站的长期运行提供了安全保障.

Abstract

Turbine head cover bolts are important parts of the turbine,and their reliability is critical to the operational safety of the hydropower plant.Ultrasonic testing is widely used in the inspection of bolt fatigue cracks.However,the conventional scheduled maintenance can not eliminate the fatigue failure of bolts.In order to effectively monitor the crack and damage of the head cover bolts under the operation state,this paper proposes a bolt state maintenance scheme.Through the development of bolt ultrasonic monitoring sensor and digital processing of reflected signals,the in-situ monitoring of the fatigue crack of the head cover bolts of the turbine is realized,which provides a safety guarantee for the long-term operation of the hydropower station.
