湖南省抽水蓄能电站项目水文设计成果分析总结

近年,全国各地抽水蓄能电站正在有序开发.湖南省抽水蓄能项目数量多、分布广,特点各异,多位于流域源头支流,上、下水库控制流域集水面积小,属资料稀缺地区中小流域.本研究对湖南省各抽水蓄能电站水文泥沙成果进行了分析总结,得出:降雨径流及泥沙区域性分布规律较为明显,与湖南省降雨、径流、泥沙等值线图分布规律基本一致;设计暴雨与暴雨均值分布趋势会存在差异;设计洪水成果影响因素较多,包括地理因素、气象条件和流域特性等,较为复杂,汇流参数、集水面积越大,洪峰越大,区域分布规律与设计暴雨分布规律会存在差异.本研究成果可为湖南省及其他区域抽水蓄能电站规划设计阶段水文泥沙计算及其合理性分析提供参考.
Analysis and Summary of Hydrological Design Results of Pumped-storage Station Projects in Hunan Province
In recent years,Across the country,pumped-storage station are being developed in an orderly manner.In Hunan province,lots of pumped-storage projects have been set up,all of them are located in the source tributaries,and the catchment area is small and lack of hydrological information.In this study,the hydrological and sediment data of pumped-storage stations in Hunan province were analyzed and summarized:the distribution pattern of rainfall,runoff and sediment is basically consistent with the isograms of rainfall,runoff and sediment of Hunan province;there are similarities and inconsistencies between the distribution trend of design rainstorm and that of mean rainstorm;there are many influencing factors of design flood results,it includes geographical factors,meteorological conditions and catchment characteristics.The bigger the catchment area and the confluence parameter value,the bigger the flood peak.There are differences between the regional distribution law of the design flood and the design rainstorm distribution law.The results of this study can be used as a reference for hydrological and sediment calculation and rationality analysis in the planning and design stage of pumped-storage station in Hunan province and other regions.
