摘要

为满足电网AGC和一次调频的要求,水电机组调速系统广泛采用功率调节模式.在现有功率调节模式下,当水头与开度变化时,难以在各种不同工况下取得良好的控制效果.因此在功率控制中引入前馈来提高响应速度.但前馈控制为开环控制,为提高前馈控制的精准度,本文提出了水电机组功率前馈控制自动修正方法.仿真计算和现场应用证明该控制方法控制快速、超调小,且具有较高的稳态调节精度,较好地改善了水电机组功率调节的控制响应特性.

Abstract

In order to meet the requirements of AGC and primary frequency regulation in the power grid,the power regulation mode is widely used in the speed control system of hydroelectric units.For the power regulation mode used in hydroturbine governor,it is difficult to achieve good control effects under various working conditions when the head and opening change.Therefore,the power feedforward control method has been proposed and applied to improve the control effect of the water turbine regulation system.The feedforward control is an open-loop control.In order to improve the accuracy of feedforward control,this paper proposes an automatic correction method for the power feedforward control of hydroelectric units.Simulation calculations and on-site applications have proven that this control method is fast,has small overshoot,and has high steady-state adjustment accuracy,which effectively improves the control response characteristics of hydroelectric power regulation.
