Combined with the significant characteristics of high-proportion hydropower and large-scale delivery of**Power Grid and the actual control characteristics of AGC units,this paper established the equivalent ASF model of power grid,studied the influence of frequency deviation coefficient changes on the AGC performance of power grid,analyzed the associated factors affecting the frequency deviation coefficient of power grid,and formulated the frequency deviation coefficient optimization simulation implementation plan of AGC system.The setting method of frequency deviation coefficient is developed based on a large number of simulation results.This method takes into account both the power gap and the time scale,effectively improves the power grid secondary frequency modulation ability,effectively enhances the system frequency stability,and has a certain reference for the dynamic optimization of frequency deviation coefficient.
