摘要
抽水蓄能电站连续满发小时数的设计选择会影响电站的经济效益,尤其是连续满发小时数越长越有利于清洁能源消纳还是相反,一直是业内争论的焦点.为了澄清这一问题,本文虚拟了一座抽水蓄能电站,设计了3种方案,分别放进山东电力现货市场进行模拟交易.通过对不同方案在电力现货市场中的运行数据进行分析,找到了抽水蓄能电站连续满发小时数与其电力市场竞争力的对应关系,解决了抽水蓄能电站连续满发小时的选择难题.
Abstract
The design selection of the continuous full output hours for a pumped-storage power station will affect the economic benefits of the station,especially whether the longer this parameter is more conducive to the consumption of clean energy or the opposite,has always been a focus of debate in the industry.In order to clarify this issue,this article simulates a pumped-storage power station and designs three schemes,each of which is placed in the Shandong electricity spot market for simulation trading.By analyzing the operation data of different schemes in the power market,the corresponding relationship between the continuous full output hours of pumped-storage power station and its competitiveness in the power market is found,and the problem of selecting the continuous full output hours of pumped-storage power station is solved.
