摘要

水电智能化是保障水电生产高效、安全、稳定运行主要技术途径,高度智能化是未来水电建设的主要发展方向.提出一种面向水电智能化建设的"激励—响应"机制,其中所包含的"扰动—抗扰动"配对关系构成了一对相互依存的矛盾体,体现了智能化建设基本面中矛盾运动的两个方面.将水电站系统智能化归纳为生物体"激励—响应"的机制和过程,阐述了激励与响应在智能化中的含义,基于这种机制对现有以过程、设备和功能为要点的智能化建设要素进行了映射.

Abstract

The intelligentization of hydropower is the main technical approach to ensure efficient,safe,and stable operation of hydropower production,and highly intelligent is the main development trend of future hydropower construction.This paper proposed an incentive response mechanism for the intelligent construction of hydropower,in which the"disturbance-disturbance resistance"pairing relationship constitutes a pair of interdependent contradictions,reflecting the two aspects of contradictory movements in the fundamental aspects of intelligent construction.The intelligentization of hydropower station systems is summarized as the mechanism and process of organism"incentive response",and the meaning of incentive and response in intelligentization is expound.Based on this mechanism,the existing intelligent construction elements with process,equipment,and function as the key points are mapped.
