摘要
水电站闸门在调节水流、控制水位、确保安全、优化水资源利用等方面发挥作用,是保证水电站正常运行和发挥最大经济效益的重要设备之一.给出一种满足智能化水电站建设要求的基于水电站闸门的智能监测与故障诊断系统,实现闸门监测和诊断智能化.针对闸门热量和亮度图像、实际开合度以及应力等数据进行动态分析,确定最佳监测间隔,确保关键指标的及时监控,提高水电站设备的可用性和稳定性,为闸门智能监测与故障诊断系统在智能化水电站建设中提供参考和有效依据.
Abstract
The sluice gate of hydropower station plays a role in regulating water flow,controlling water level,ensuring safety,optimizing the utilization of water resources,etc.,and is one of the important equipment to ensure the normal operation of hydropower station and maximize economic benefits.In this paper,an intelligent monitoring and fault diagnosis system based on the gate of the hydropower station to meet the requirements of the construction of intelligent hydropower station is proposed,and the intelligent monitoring and diagnosis of the gate is realized.According to the dynamic analysis of the heat and brightness images,actual opening and closing degree and stress data of the gate,the optimal monitoring interval is determined,which ensures the timely monitoring of key indicators,improves the availability and stability of hydropower station equipment,and provides a reference and effective basis for the gate intelligent monitoring and fault diagnosis system in the construction of intelligent hydropower station.
