特高面板堆石坝混凝土面板防裂及耐久性措施研究

本文围绕特高面板堆石坝中混凝土面板的防裂与耐久性问题展开研究,通过总结以往工程经验,分析混凝土面板的开裂原因,并提出相应的防护措施,旨在提升面板的抗裂性能及耐久性.研究发现,通过均衡坝体填筑、预沉降控制、柔性面板设计及表面涂层防护等技术手段,可以有效减少面板裂缝的发生,并提高其防渗、抗冲磨及耐久性.本文对近年来面板堆石坝混凝土面板的防裂技术进行了深入探讨,为未来250m、300m级面板堆石坝的建设提供了技术支持.
The Study on Crack Prevention and Durability Measures for Concrete Face Slabs of Super-high Concrete Face Rockfill Dams
This paper focuses on the crack prevention and durability of concrete face slabs in super-high Concrete Face Rockfill Dams(CFRDs).By reviewing previous engineering practices,it analyzes the reasons of cracking in concrete slabs and proposes protective measures to improve crack resistance and durability.The study demonstrates that techniques such as balanced dam body filling,pre-settlement control,flexible slab design,and surface coating protection can significantly reduce cracking while enhancing anti-seepage,abrasion resistance,and durability.The research provides technical support for the future construction of CFRDs ranging from 250 to 300meters.
