潍坊抽水蓄能电站上水库作为抽水蓄能行业内开挖填筑量第二大的项目,施工作业面狭窄、高差大、路况艰险,同时周边存在居民区与水源地,环保要求高,是实现无人驾驶运输难度最大的场景之一,在本场景的使用经验对其他抽水蓄能电站应用具有很好的借鉴意义.本文首次在抽水蓄能行业验证了无人驾驶运输技术应用于抽水蓄能电站建设的可行性,介绍了无人驾驶运输技术在潍坊抽水蓄能电站上水库施工的前期准备及应用情况,介绍了具体实施方案与应用难点,并提出了改进建议,为后续抽水蓄能土石方运输发展提供了新的方向.
Optimization of Pure Electric Mining Truck Charging Strategy based on Peak Valley and Two-part Electricity Pricing
As the second largest excavation and filling project in the pumped storage industry,the upper reservoir of Weifang Power Station has a narrow construction face,large height difference,and difficult road conditions.At the same time,there are residential areas and water sources in the surrounding area,and environmental protection requirements are high.It is one of the most difficult scenarios to achieve unmanned transportation.The experience of using this site has good reference significance for the application of other pumped storage power stations.This article first verifies the feasibility of applying unmanned transportation technology to the construction of pumped storage power stations in the pumped storage industry.It introduces the preliminary preparation and application of unmanned transportation technology in the construction of Weifang pumped storage upper reservoir,presents specific implementation plans and application difficulties,and puts forward improvement suggestions,providing new directions for the development of pumped storage earthwork transportation in the future.
