探讨了基于当下电价政策,在自购硬件设备或租赁充电服务两种模式下,如何在相同用电量下,达到电费最优的方案,说明了两种模式的优缺点和适用范围,揭示了当下电价受季节与时段的影响规律,并参考潍坊抽水蓄能电站纯电动矿用卡车用电情况给出计算实例,在采用优化的方案后,最多可节约 44.9%的充电电费,为后续纯电动矿用卡车推广应用提供更加节省的充电方案,可同样供建设期施工用电优化参考.
Optimization of Charging Strategy for Pure Electric Mining Trucks based on Peak-to-valley and Two-part Tariffs
This paper discusses how to achieve the optimal electricity cost under the same electricity consumption in the two modes of self-purchase hardware equipment or rental charging service based on the current electricity price policy,explains the advantages and disadvantages of the two modes and the scope of application,reveals the influence of the current electricity price by the season and time period,and gives a calculation example with reference to the electricity consumption of pure electric mining trucks in Weifang Pumped Storage Power Station,and can save up to 44.9%of the charging electricity cost after adopting the optimized scheme.It provides a more economical charging scheme for the subsequent promotion and application of pure electric mining trucks,which can also be used as a reference for the optimization of construction electricity consumption during the construction period.
