抽水蓄能电站工程因规模大、难度高、技术复杂,在建设过程中不可避免会产生大量变更,从而影响投资控制目标的实现.本文通过对已建及在建抽水蓄能电站工程变更案例进行统计并按变更来源进行分类,给出不同来源变更对投资影响的重要性,并提出三大主要来源变更相应的控制对策,为近期抽水蓄能电站大规模建设的投资管控提供参考.
Analysis of Engineering Change Traceability and Control Countermeasures of Pumped Storage Power Station based on Case Statistics
Due to the large scale,high difficulty and complex technology,pumped storage power station projects will inevitably undergo a large number of changes during the construction process,thus affecting the realization of investment control objectives.This paper counts the change cases of pumped storage power stations built and under construction and classifies them according to the source of change,gives the importance of the change of different sources on investment,and puts forward the corresponding control countermeasures of the change of three main sources,so as to provide reference for the investment control of large-scale construction of pumped storage power stations in the near future.
