Grain production is the most direct impact of floods and droughts on Grain security in China. In this paper, through establishing the rate of grain production and reduction formula, setting criteria for the clas- sification levels of grain production caused by floods and droughts, the writer analyzes the area affected by floods and droughts of the recent three decades, then analyzes the grain production of the area affected by floods and droughts, finally, suggestions and advice are provided in the paper.
