农产品流通数字化能否提高农业经济韧性

流通是生产和消费间的重要纽带,农产品流通数字化促进生产、流通、消费的良性循环.文章基于2012-2021年省级面板数据,运用空间杜宾模型实证研究了农产品流通数字化对农业经济韧性的影响.结果表明:农产品流通数字化能够显著提高农业经济韧性并具有明显的正向空间溢出效应;城乡收入差距在农产品流通数字化影响农业经济韧性机制中发挥了负向调节作用;异质性分析发现农产品流通数字化对农业经济韧性的影响和空间溢出效应在东部地区和粮食主销区更加显著.政府应完善数字基础设施建设、加快农产品流通数字化转型,促进城乡整合发展、缩小城乡收入差距,协调省际流通资源布局、增强协同联动效应,为提升农业经济韧性创造良好环境.
Abstract
Circulation bonds production and consumption.The digitalization of agricultural product circulation promotes a positive cycle in these three respects.Based on the provincial panel data from 2012 to 2021,this study empirically tests the effect of the digitalization of agricultural product circulation on agricultural economic resilience by using the spatial Durbin model.The result shows that the digitalization of agricultural product circulation can enhance the resilience of agricultural economy significantly and has a positive spatial spillover effect on the adjacent areas.The income gap between urban and rural residents plays a negative regulating role in the mechanism.The impact is more significant in the eastern and major grain producing regions in terms of heterogeneity.Government should speed up the construction of digital infrastructure,further promote the digitalization of agricultural product circulation and narrow the income gap between urban and rural residents in order to create a good environment for the resilience of the agricultural economy.
