Can the Digitalization of Agricultural Product Circulation Improve the Resilience of Agricultural Economy
Circulation bonds production and consumption. The digitalization of agricultural product circulation promotes a positive cycle in these three respects.Based on the provincial panel data from 2012 to 2021,this study empirically tests the effect of the digitalization of agricultural product circulation on agricultural economic resilience by using the spatial Durbin model. The result shows that the digitalization of agricultural product circulation can enhance the resilience of agricultural economy significantly and has a positive spatial spillover effect on the adjacent areas. The income gap between urban and rural residents plays a negative regulating role in the mechanism. The impact is more significant in the eastern and major grain producing regions in terms of heterogeneity.Government should speed up the construction of digital infrastructure, further promote the digitalization of agricultural product circulation and narrow the income gap between urban and rural residents in order to create a good environment for the resilience of the agricultural economy.
