Based on the entrepreneurial scenario of family farms, the process and connotation of entrepreneurial resource integration were defined, the factors driving entrepreneurial resource integration of family farms were identified, a comprehensive and scientific measurement scale was developed, and the reliability and validity of the scale and the scientificity of the driving factor model were empirically tested. Based on relevant literature, the process of family farm entrepreneurial resource integration is defined as identification, acquisition, allocation and application, and 30 family farm resource integration cases are analyzed using the grounded theory method, so as to form the theoretical conception of 6 dimensions (entrepreneurial resources, internal needs, integration intention, farmer personality characteristics, entrepreneurial environment and family farm entrepreneurial resource integration). The driving factor model is established and the structural equation model is used for empirical test. The results show that entrepreneurial resources and integration intentions directly drive the integration of entrepreneurial resources in family farms, and internal needs drive the integration of entrepreneurial resources through integration intentions, and farmer personality characteristics and entrepreneurial environment play a moderating role in the relationship between internal needs and integration intentions.
