Criminal Legal Risks and Forward-looking Governance of Rural E-commerce

Strengthen the application of leniency for those who admit guilt and accept punishment in the field of rural e-commerce. Establish the concept of criminal sanctions for rural e-commerce that combines the concept of prevention and the concept of necessary punishment. Construct a multi-subject supervision model,and use multiple means to enhance the awareness of criminal risk prevention of rural e-commerce operators in the top-level design to help the sustainable development of rural e-commerce,and build local brands. Activate the development potential of rural e-commerce while preventing criminal risks,help rural revitalization,and promote Chinese-style modernization.
