亚麻木脂素对雏鸡血液指标及免疫机能的影响

摘要
选用1日龄海蓝褐雄性雏鸡90只,随机分为对照组、亚麻脱脂粕组、提取木脂素组.对照组饲喂基础日粮,亚麻脱脂粕组在日粮中添加亚麻籽脱脂粕粉2.0 g·kg-1,提取木脂素组在饮水中添加从亚麻脱脂粕中提取的木脂素1.0mL·L-1,饲喂7周.结果表明,从亚麻脱脂粕中提取的木脂素可提高血清中总蛋白和球蛋白含量.与对照组相比分别提高16.6%、23.0%,差异显著(P＜0.05);提取木脂素组的脾脏指数、法氏囊指数、胸腺指数较对照组分别提高29.4%,36.6%、66.6%,差异显著(P＜0.05);亚麻脱脂粕组和提取木脂素组的白介素-2较对照组均有提高,差异极显著(P＜0.01),结果提示亚麻木脂素可以提高雏鸡的免疫功能.
Abstract
One-day old chicks were used in this experiment. These chicks were randomly divided into control, defatted linseed group, abstraction lignan group. The control was fed with basic dietary, the experiment groups were fed with the basic dietary supplemented with either defatted linseed 2.0 g · kg-1 or abstraction lignan 1.0 mL·L-1. The experiment was carried out for 7 weeks. The results showed that flax lignan could significantly increase total serum protein and seroglobulin by 16.6% and 23.0%, respectively (P<0.05). The index of spleen, bursa of Fabricius, thymus of abstraction lignan group was increased by 29.4%, 36.6%, 66.6%, respectively in comparison with control (P<0.05). Interleukin-2 levels of the defatted linseed and abstraction lignan groups were also significantly increased(P<0.01). The experiment indicates that flax lignan can enhance the immune function of the chicks.
