摘要
芜菁花叶病毒(Turnip mosaic virus,TuMV)寄主范围广、危害大,一直是国内外研究的热点.文章从病毒生物学、基因组结构和功能、株系划分、抗性遗传规律、鉴定检测方法及抗病育种等方面介绍了TuMV的最新研究进展.
Abstract
Turnip mosaic virus(TuMV) can infect a lot of host and cause great damage in the world This paper mainly introduced the latest research advanced about biology, genomic structure and function, strain division, resistance inheritance rules, identification and detection methods, resistance breeding of TuMV.
