黑木耳菌丝在自然堆积松木屑培养基中生长状况的初步研究

松木屑经自然堆积6个月后制成培养料,黑木耳菌丝可以生长,长速为4.79 mm·d-1,pH为6.22,测得其中菌丝胞外酶活性与杂木屑中的趋于一致.结果表明,松木屑可以替代部分杂木屑进行栽培.
Initial study on growth of Auricularia auricular in pine sawdust outdoor piled
The pine sawdust which had been piled up for 6 months was made to compost, the mycelium of Auricularia auricular can grew, the growth speed of mycelium was 4.79 mm·d-1, pH was 6.22, the extracellular enzyme activity of mycelium in the pine sawdust and that in the sawdust was nearly at equal pace. The results showed that the pine sawdust could partly replace the sawdust and be used in cultivation.
