Isolation and identification of Fusarium species from soybean plant with root-rot symptom in Heilongjiang Province
During August, 2007 to September, 2008, total 42 root-rot soybean plants were collected in the soybean growing areas of Harbin, Qiqihar, Mudanjiang, Jiamusi, Heine and Wudalianchi of Heilongjiang Province, from which 362 strains of Fusarium species were isolated. Based on morphological characteristics, these strains were identified as eight species of Fusarium. Among them, Fusarium oxys-porum and F. solani were predominant population with the highest isolation rate of 15.24% and 16.90%, respectively. This paper described the morphology of eight species.
