Lactic acid bacteria can produce Iactic acid,bacteriocins and other antimicrobial sub-stances to inhibit the proliferation of E.coli and other enteric pathogens as probiotic.Adhesion of lactic acid bacteria is one of the most important judgements as probiotics.In this assay,the mechanism of adhesion of lactic acid bacteria,influent factors and physiological effects will be summarized.
