亚临界水提取香菇多糖的工艺研究

采用亚临界水技术提取方法,考察了提取香菇多糖的最佳试验条件.结果表明,最佳提取条件为亚临界水温度150 ℃,液料比30 mL·g-1,浸提时间为5 min,浸提次数为2 次,在该条件下香菇多糖得率可达15.7%,与热水恒温浸提法相比,亚临界水浸提法可明显降低提取时间和提高香菇多糖得率.
Research on sub-critical water extraction of lentinan
The experiment studied the optimum conditions of sub-critical water using in the extraction of lentinan. The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows. The subcritical water temperature was 150 ℃, suitable ratio of solvent was 35 mL·g-1, the extraction time was 11 min, extraction times were 2 times. Under the conditions, the yield of lentinan was 15.7%. Comparing with the water extraction method, the sub-critical water extraction could shorten the extraction time and improve the yield of lentinan.
