摘要

以稳定黄瓜品系649为试材,经"实践8号"返回式育种卫星太空搭栽诱变后,与地面保留的对照进行田间对比试验,考察了卫星搭载后黄瓜649 SP0~SP2与对照的遗传变异情况.结果表明,在SP0代只有果实形状和果色发生变异,64个变异株系中只有部分变异遗传到SP1,SP1代在农艺性状上表现强烈的广谱变异,大部分变异能遗传到SP2的株系中,在SP2中初步筛选出收敛型、皮色亮绿型、长势强壮型三大变异类型,为选育黄瓜新种质资源奠定基础.

Abstract

Stable 649 inbred line of cucumber, of which the seeds had undergone initial space mutation brought by the seed-breeding recoverable satellite Shijian8, and followed by three successive generations of directional selection, showed abundant variations. From SP0 to SP2 generations plants and control group were investigated to analyze the genetic variation after space flight during field trail. The results showed that significant variations existed in characteristics on shape and color of fruit in SP0 generation plants under observation among three generations plants and control group. Parts of 64 variation lines variations were found in SP1 generation. There were broad morphological diversities on agriculture characteristics variations in SP1 generation. Most of variations were found in SP2 plants. Three variations were screened out primarily in SP2 generation, it will provide a basic material for further cucumber breeding and genetic studies via space induced mutation.
