Tolerance test of four drugs to young fish of Salvelinus leucomaenis
The median lethal concentration (LC50) and safe concentrationresults (SC) of four drugs to Salvelinus leucomaenis for 24, 48, 72, 96 h were computed by the improved Karber's method. The result showed that the sensitivity of four drugs to Salvelinus leucomaenis was Bayogent>CuSO4>formaldehyde> salt, and the safe concentration of the four drugs were 0.32, 0.54, 18.86 and 2 423.65 mg · L-1 respectively. The median lethal concertration of the four drugs for 24 h were 1.39, 3.59, 146.31 and 13 412.14 mg·L-1, which for 48 h were 1.21, 2.67, 108.35 and 10 087.46 mg·L-1 and for 72 h, were 1.01, 2.45, 89.52 and 9 939.32 mg·L-1, respectively. The test indicated that formaldehyde and salt were comparative ideal drugs used for diseases prevention and treatment of Salvelinus leucomaenis in daily, and salt was also effective to purificate water quality, assist therapy and excite appetite.
