长期定位施肥黑土水溶性有机物组分组成特性研究

利用LiquiTOC仪对黑河、哈尔滨、公主岭三个地区近30年长期定位施肥土壤水溶性有机物及其各组分进行了测定分析.结果表明,土壤DOM分子质量<1 ku组分比例,OM>MNPK>CK>NPK处理;DOM分子质量>1 ku组分则表现相反的趋势.此外,与不施肥处理(CK)比较,施用有机肥(OM)土壤DOM中小分子质量的富里酸含量相对较多,DOM分子结构相对简单化;而长期施用无机肥(NPK),土壤DOM中较大分子质量组分比例增加,分子结构有趋于复杂化的态势.
Characteristics of dissolved organic matter fractions in black soil by long-term fertilization
The objective of this study was to investigate dissolved organic matter(DOM) of soil by long-term application located in Heihe, Harbin, Gongzhuling. The results showed that the concentrations of MW<1 ku in DOM fractions followed by OM, MNPK, CK, NPK; while in MW>1 ku, the concentrations of DOM fractions revealed opposite tendency. In addition, OM application could lead to less the degree of aromatization, while NPK application made a higher degree of humification in soil DOM.
