板栗不同类型枝条花期和幼果期光合特性研究

以板栗‘燕山早丰’(C.mollissima 'Yanshanzaofeng’)为试验材料,对其花期和幼果期不同类型枝条叶片叶绿素含量、光合参数、叶绿素荧光特性等指标的变化规律进行研究.结果表明,板栗不同类型枝条叶片叶绿素含量均存在差异,结果枝叶片叶绿素总量比非结果枝高1.08%;幼果期叶片叶绿素总量高于花期,但花期叶绿素a/b却高于幼果期;不同类型枝条在花期净光合速率(Pn)的顺序为结果枝>营养枝>雄花枝,气孔导度(Gs)与蒸腾速率(Tr)的顺序为结果枝>雄花枝>营养枝,胞间CO2浓度(Ci)的顺序为雄花枝>营养枝>结果枝,而在幼果期光合参数指标均为结果枝最高,分别为Pn(5.62μmol·m-2·s-1),Gs(0.152 mol·m-2· s-1),Ci(234.33 mol· mol-1),Tr(2.97 mol· m-2· s-1)和WUE(1.89g·dm-2· h-1);不同类型枝条在相同时期叶绿素荧光参数无显著差异,结果枝和营养枝有效光化学量子产量(Fv1/Fm1、PSⅡ非光化学淬灭系数(NPQ)、非光化学猝灭(qN)在幼果期均小于花期,PSⅡ光化学淬灭系数(qP)值高于花期.
Study on photosynthetic physiology characteristics of Chinese chestnut in different types of shoots during flowering and young fruit period
This research explored the interactions of the leaf chlorophyll contents,photosynthetic parameters and chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics of Chinese chestnut ‘Yanshanzaofeng' (C.mollissima ‘Yanshanzaofeng') in different types of shoots during flowering and young fruit periods.The results indicated that chlorophyll contents in leaves on different shoots were different,the fruit-bearing shoot was higher than non-fruiting shoots; young fruit period was 1.08% higher than flowering period,but the content of chlorophyll a/b was lower than flowering period.The values of Pn were fruit-bearing shoots>vegetative shoots>staminate shoots,Gs and Tr were fruit-bearing shoots>staminate shoots>vegetative shoots,and Ci were staminate shoots>fruit-bearing shoots>vegetative shoots in different type of shoots during flowering period.During young fruit period the photosynthetic parameters was higher in fruit-bearing shoots Pn (5.62 μmol· m2· s1),Gs (0.152 mol· m2· s-1),Ci (234.33 mol· mol-1),Tr (2.97mol · m-2 · s-1) and WUE (1.89 g · dm-2 · h-1); Chlorophyll fluorescence parameters had no significant difference in different types of shoots at the same period,the Fv'/Fm',qN and NPQ during young fruit period were lower than those of the flowering period,and the qP was just reversed.
