Analysis of the fungi communities in mud volcano soils in Xinjiang using DGGE
Reveal the bacterial community structure and dynamics in mud volcano soil in Xinjiang. 18S-rDNA-ragment DGGE (denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis) and clone sequence BLAST technologies were applied, quantity one software was used to map the dendrogram. The cluster analysis of DGGE profiles showed that the number of species of fungi were the most abundant in the surface soil of May and community structure during the same season of the vertical distribution of high similarity, clustered into a branch; and fungi in soil samples composed of different seasons were quite different. The recovery of specific bands sequencing result showed that mud volcano fungi as Alternaria dominant fungi were Alternaria tenuissima. sp and Lichtheimia ramosa. sp. The fungi polymorphism in mud volcano soil in Xinjiang was significant, but the quantity was few, and this diversity was vulnerable to ecological, climatic and other factors. But the dominant microorganisms affected less.
