响应面法优化毛酸浆黄色素的提取

文章使用单因素试验和响应面法优化毛酸浆黄色素提取工艺条件,单因素试验得到最佳条件:料液比为1??7.5,提取时间为1 h,乙醇体积分数为85%。通过响应面数学模型得到最佳工艺参数为:料液比为1??7.14,提取时间为0.96 h,乙醇体积分数为84.75%,实际测定值与预测值接近,说明模型能较好预测实际情况。结果表明,料液比、提取时间和乙醇体积分数等因素对毛酸浆黄色素提取工艺有重要影响。
Optimization of yellow pigment extracting conditions from Physalis pubescens L. by response surface methodology
The extraction conditions of yel ow pigment of Physalis pubescens were investigated in this paper, the optimum conditions of single factor experiment were obtained, which contained material liquid ratio 1:7.5, extraction time 1 h, ethanol concentration 85%;and optimal parameters for the response surface methodology were as fol ows, material liquid ratio 1:7.14, extraction time 0.96 h, ethanol concentration 84.75%, and the actual measured value was closed to the predicted value, which showed that the model could better predict the actual situation. The results showed that the material liquid ratio, extraction time and ethanol concentration had the important influence on extraction of the yel ow pigment.
