部分蔷薇属植物远缘杂交亲和性评价

以抗寒野生蔷薇种质单瓣黄刺玫(Rosa xanthina f. normalis)、刺玫蔷薇(R. davurica Pall.)、野蔷薇(R. multiflora Thunb.)、深山蔷薇(R. marretii Levl.)、突厥蔷薇(R. damascene Mill.)和现代月季品种为试验材料,通过野生蔷薇与现代月季远缘杂交,研究野生蔷薇与现代月季远缘杂交不亲和性及克服方法。试验共设杂交组合31个,授粉2026朵,获得杂交果实393个,杂交种子452粒,杂交实生苗121株。结果表明,野生蔷薇与现代月季花粉萌发率差异较大,花粉萌发率与座果率呈一定相关性。远缘杂交表现出高度不亲和,采用重复授粉、激素处理克服远缘杂交不亲和,现代月季效果显著。正反交杂交结实率差异较大。现代月季品种间杂交亲和性表现也有较大不同。
Evaluation on compatibility of interspecific cross in part of the genus Rosa
Rosa xanthina f. normalis, Rosa davurica Pall., Rosa multiflora Thunb., Rosa marretii Levl., Rosa damascene Mill. which were wild Rosa germplasm had cold resistance and modern rose cultivars were selected as experimental materials. Wild Rosa species and modern rose interspecific incompatibility and overcoming method were studied through wild Rosa species and modern rose distant hybridization. The experiment consisted of 31 hybrids which pollinated 2 026 flowers, obtained 393 hybrid fruits, 452 hybrid seeds and 121 hybrid seedlings. The results showed that there was significantly different pollen germination rate between wild Rosa species and moder rose cultivars. Pollen germination rate and fruit setting rate showed some correlation. Distant hybridization showed a high degree of incompatibility. Repeat pollination, hormone treatment could be used to overcome distant hybridization incompatibility. The latter effect was remarkable. There was large differences in reciprocal cross seed setting rate. Modern rose cultivars hybridization affinity performance were also different.
