越橘抗寒性研究进展

低温是限制越橘栽培区域和影响果实产量的重要环境胁迫因子.近年来,利用基因组学和转录组学方法鉴定许多与越橘抗寒性有关的基因或蛋白,为开发抗寒越橘新品种提供依据.文章从越橘抗寒性特点、内在冰核分布特征、抗寒分子机制及分子标记辅助育种等方面归纳和总结,并预测今后越橘抗寒性研究方向.
Research advance of blueberry cold hardiness
Low temperature is an important environmental stress factor limited blueberry cultivation region and affected fruit yield. In recent years, using genomics and transcriptomics approach identified many genes or proteins related to blueberry cold hardiness, provided the basis for developing new blueberry cold hardiness cultivars. The characteristics of blueberry cold hardiness, internal ice nucleation distribution, molecular mechanisms of cold hardiness and molecular marker assisted breeding were summarized in the paper, and prospecting the research direction of blueberry cold hardiness.
