摘要

研究基于黄瓜(Cucumis sativus L.)基因组数据,对CsIDD基因进行全基因组鉴定、蛋白理化性质、染色体定位等生物信息学分析,检测其组织表达模式.结果表明,CsIDD蛋白在系统进化中共分为5个亚组,均定位于细胞核,motif分布及组织模式较为保守;部分CsIDD表达具有明显的组织特异性,在雌花花冠中表达水平较高.因此推测其在雌花花冠发育过程中发挥重要作用.

Abstract

Based on cucumber(Cucumis sativus L.)genome data,CsIDD genes were identified by whole genome,protein physicochemical properties,chromosome mapping,and tissue expression patterns were evaluated.The results showed that CsIDD proteins were divided into five subgroups in phylogenetic evolution,all of which were located in the nucleus,and the motif distribution and organization pattern were conservative.Some CsIDD genes showed obvious tissue specificity,with high expression level in the corollas of female flowers.It is speculated that they play important roles in the developments of female corollas.
