24.6%噻虫嗪·叶菌唑·嘧菌酯种子处理悬浮剂制备及其安全性研究

种子处理悬浮剂可从源头上防治病虫害,降低防治成本,减少环境污染.为获得有效防治小麦和水稻主要病虫害的种子处理悬浮剂,通过筛选润湿分散剂、成膜剂和增稠剂等助剂,确定24.6%噻虫嗪·叶菌唑·嘧菌酯种子处理悬浮剂(FS)优化配方,测试其安全性和生物活性.结果表明,24.6%噻虫嗪·叶菌唑·嘧菌酯FS优化配方为18.2%噻虫嗪、3.2%叶菌唑、3.2%嘧菌酯、2%聚羧酸盐类分散剂GEROPON DA13491、2%聚芳醚硫酸酯铵类分散剂FD530、0.3%黄原胶、0.5%硅酸镁铝、4%丙烯酸乳液n8、8%的8#红、0.2%苯甲酸、4%乙二醇、0.5%有机硅消泡剂BG08、去离子水补足至100%.该种子处理悬浮剂粒径(D90)为1.72 μm,成膜性良好,脱落率小于5%,各项质量指标均符合种子处理悬浮剂企业标准.在发芽试验中,包衣后小麦和水稻种子发芽率分别达到95.67%和88.67%;在盆栽试验中,包衣后小麦和水稻种子出苗率分别为85.33%和91.33%,表明制备的种子处理悬浮剂对小麦和水稻种子安全.在此剂量下,药剂苗后30、90 d对小麦蚜虫相对防治效果分别达到32.82%、93.51%,对小麦纹枯病相对防治效果达到70.50%、34.63%;在苗后30、60 d对水稻飞虱相对防治效果达到21.44%、26.78%,对水稻稻瘟病相对防治效果达到54.99%、67.06%,表明制备的种子处理悬浮剂可防治上述小麦和水稻病虫害.
Study on preparation and safety of 24.6%thiamethoxam·metco-nazole·azoxystrobin flowable concentrate for seed treatment
Flowable concentrate for seed treatment can control pests and diseases from the source,reduce the cost of control,and reduce environmental pollution.In order to obtain a flowable concentrate for seed treatment(FS)that could effectively control the main pests and diseases of wheat and rice,the wetting dispersant,film-forming agent and thickener were screened,and the optimized formula of 24.6%thiamethoxam·metconazole·azoxystrobin flowable concentrate for seed treatment(FS)was determined,and its safety and biological activity were tested.The results showed that the optimized formula of 24.6%thiamethoxam·metconazole·azoxystrobin FS was as follows:thiamethoxam 18.2%,metconazole 3.2%,azoxystrobin 3.2%,polycarboxylate dispersant GEROPON DA13491 2%,polyarylether sulfate ammonium dispersant FD530 2%,xanthan gum 0.3%,magnesium aluminum silicate 0.5%,acrylic emulsion n8 4%,8#red 8%,benzoic acid 0.2%,ethylene glycol 4%,silicone defoamer BG08 0.5%,deionized water to make up to 100%.The particle size(D90)of the flowable concentrate for seed treatment was 1.72 μm,the film forming property was good,the shedding rate was less than 5%,and all the quality indices met the enterprise standard of the flowable concentrate for seed treatment.In the germination experiment,the germination rates of wheat and rice seeds after coating reached 95.67%and 88.67%,respectively.In the pot experiment,the emergence rates of wheat and rice after coating were 85.33%and 91.33%,respectively,indicating that the prepared flowable concentrate for seed treatment was safe for wheat and rice seed.Under this dosage,the relative control effects of 30 and 90 d after seedling on aphids were 32.82%and 93.51%,respectively,and the relative control effects on wheat sharp eyespot were 70.50%and 34.63%,respectively.The relative control effect on rice planthopper reached 21.44%and 26.78%at 30 and 60 d after emergence,and the relative control effect on rice blast reached 54.99%and 67.06%,indicating that the prepared flowable concentrate for seed treatment could control the above wheat and rice diseases and insect pests.
