Effects of GPR37L1 on expression of genes related to milk component synthesis in dairy cow mammary epithelial cells
In this study,GPR37L1 expression vector and knockdown vector were constructed by molecular biology technology, and the mammary epithelial cells of dairy cows were used as the experimental models, and the constructed vectors were transfected into the dairy mammary epithelial cells by transient transfection technology,to investigate the effects of GPR37L1 on the expression of genes related to milk component synthesis. The results showed that the GPR37L1 expression vector and knockdown vector were successfully constructed, and the overexpression or knockdown of GPR37L1 could increase or decrease the expression of genes related to milk fat synthesis and β-CASEIN,suggesting that GPR37L1 could positively regulate the synthesis of milk components.
