大豆叶斑病病原高粱附球菌(Epicoccum sorghinum)生物学特性

2023年在黑龙江省绥化市肇源县首次发现由高粱附球菌(Epicoccum sorghinum)侵染引起的大豆叶斑病,为明确病原菌生物学特性,科学指导病害防控,采用生长速率法研究不同营养及环境条件对病菌生长及产孢的影响.结果表明:菌丝生长和产孢最适培养基为燕麦培养基;菌丝生长,最适碳源为麦芽糖、氮源为蛋白胨,最适温度为25℃、pH为6,致死温度为53℃、15 min;产孢,最适碳源为葡萄糖、氮源为尿素,最适温度为28℃、pH为7.光照对菌丝生长无影响,全黑暗条件促进产孢.
Biological characteristics of Epicocum sorghum,a pathogen of soybean leaf spot disease
In 2023,soybean leaf spot disease caused by Epicocum sorghum was found in Zhaoyuan County,Suihua City,Heilongjiang Province.To clarify the biological characteristics of the pathogen and to scientifically guide the disease prevention and management,the growth rate method was used to study the effects of different nutritional and environmental conditions on the growth of the mycelial growth and sporulation.The results showed that the most suitable medium for mycelial growth and spore production was oat medium(OMA).The optimal carbon source for mycelial growth was maltose,and the optimal nitrogen source was peptone,the optimal temperature was 25℃,pH was 6,and the lethal temperature was 53℃for 15 min.The most suitable carbon source and nitrogen source for sporulation was glucose and urea,respectively;the most suitable temperature was 28℃,and pH was 7.Light had no effect on mycelial growth,while all the dark conditions could promote sporulation.
