摘要
在新时代国家形势变革、教育创新趋势及融媒体科技发展的背景下,系统性审视并应对高校网络思政实效性的问题与对策至关重要.当前,我国高校在网络思政实效性方面面临内容接受度待提升、信息传播载体需优化、思政队伍领导力待加强及机制协同效率待提高等问题.为此,高校应整合思政资源,构建"大思政"协同育人机制,深耕文化基因,传承民族精魂,坚持基本理论,推动"互联网+文化"深度融合,强化师风建设,打造专业化育人队伍,并推进资源整合,形成矩阵化传播体系.通过积极探索网络思政的有效路径,推动高校网络思政工作实现更优质的育人效果.
Abstract
Amidst the evolving national situation,educational innovation trends,and advancements in converged media technology in the new era,it is imperative to systematically scrutinize and tackle the pertinent issues and countermeasures pertaining to the effectiveness of online ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Currently,Chinese colleges and universities face challenges in improving the acceptance of online ideological and political content,optimizing information dissemination carriers,strengthening the leadership of ideological and political teams,and enhancing the efficiency of collaborative mechanisms.To address these issues,colleges and universities should integrate ideological and political resources,establish a collaborative education mechanism for"grand ideological and political education",cultivate cultural genes and inherit national spirit,adhere to basic theories,promote the deep integration of"Internet plus culture",strengthen the construction of teacher ethics,build a professional education team,and promote resource integration to form a short-term communication system.By actively exploring effective paths for online ideological and political education,colleges and universities can achieve better educational outcomes in their online ideological and political work.
