Reverse Examination and Innovative Development of Teacher Education Courses Based on Outcome-Based Education—A Survey of Novice Teachers in S City
Currently,our country's teacher education reform has entered a new stage of outcome-based education reform concept.The quality of normal education is evaluated by the learning outcomes and ability performance of normal students.This study breaks through the limitations of discussing the level of normal students during the teacher education stage.It employs questionnaire surveys and interview methods,focusing on new teachers who have been teaching for one month after graduation.By comparing self-assessment by new teachers with evaluations by experienced teachers,it presents the professional competence level of teacher education graduates and the main issues they face.Furthermore,by combining the adaptability of new teachers in real educational settings and their satisfaction with the teacher education courses they received,it retrospectively examines the problems in teacher education courses.It proposes curriculum design from the perspective of servicing the ultimate customers,innovative approaches to optimizing curriculum teaching,the use of digital technology to enhance practical training effectiveness,and the creation of opportunities for interpersonal communication to mitigate the weakening of communication caused by human-machine interaction,in order to promote curriculum reform in teacher education.
