冰上游戏组合活动促进学生身心健康的实验研究

针对我国小学大课间体育活动内容枯燥、活动形式单一、锻炼强度不够、锻炼效益不佳等问题,设计了能够有效促进小学生身心素质发展的冰上游戏组合健身干预方案.以吉林省速滑体育特色校小学生为实验对象,进行10周冰上游戏组合健身活动干预的实验教学,结果表明:冰上游戏组合对小学男女生的心肺机能、下肢力量、身体柔韧性、平衡能力及对小学女生的奔跑能力、反应能力和减少腹部脂肪厚度都具有非常明显的促进作用;对于小学男生的奔跑能力、反应能力和减少腹部脂肪厚度有较好的促进作用;对小学女生的正向情感体验、人际关系感知和克服困难能力具有非常明显的促进作用;对小学男生的正向情感体验具有较好的促进作用.
Experimental research on how the combination of games on ice promote students' physical and mental well-being
To solve the problems that the contents of the physical activities during the break in primary schools in our country are boring, the form of activities is simple, the intensity of exercises is not enough and the problem that the effects of exercises are not ideal,this paper designed the intervening programs on the combination of games on ice that could effectively promote the development of primary school students' physical and mental qualities,in order to enhance the effectiveness of primary school students' physical activities during the break. The research takes the students from the primary schools featuring speed skating in Jilin province, and the experimental teaching on the physical activities of the combination of games on ice that lasts ten weeks is conducted. The result of the experiment shows that the program can obviously enhance the schoolboys and schoolgirls' cardiopulmonary function,strength of legs, physical flexibility and balancing power, and enhance the schoolgirls' running ability and reaction ability, and decrease their belly fat, while it also improves schoolboys' running ability and reactions ability and decreases their belly fat. In addition,it could quite obviously promote schoolgirls' positive emotional experience,perception of interrelationship and ability to overcome difficulties; at the same time, it is relatively effective in promoting schoolboys' positive emotional experience.
