The comparative analysis of Na+, K+, Cl-concentrations in different resistance of wild soybean under NaCl stress
The experimental materials are Huinan types of wild soybean (salt sensitive) and Tongyu types of wild soybean(salt resistant),during the period of 5 compound leaves,NaCl stress treatment is applied with 10 days. The content of Na+,K+,Cl-in roots, stems, and leaves were determined to investigate the characteristics of the ion balance in wild soybean body under the stress of NaCl.The results show that,in two kinds of wild soybean plants,Na+ and Cl-content showed an increasing trend with the increase of stress concentration, whereas K+ content decreased under the stress of NaCl.The concentration of Na+,K+ and Cl-showed that each part of salt resistant wild soybean were generally lower than the ion concentration in salt sensitive wild soybean, except K+ in the roots, under the high salt stress. The following points through the analysis,Tongyu types of wild soybean has better adaptability to saline land.
