Effects of coupling of modified biochar and fulvic acid on growth of japonica rice seedlings and soil nutrients in saline-alkali rice region
Based on the increasing global soil salinization and its important effect on plant growth,Yangeng 939 was used as experimental material, effects of coupling of modified biochar and fulvic acid on morphological and physiological characteristics of rice seedlings and soil nutrients in saline-alkali rice growing areas were studied. The results showed that when 7 t/hm2 modified biochar and 75 kg/hm2fulvic acid(C2H1)were co-treated,the plant height, stem diameter, root length, root number and root-shoot ratio of rice were increased by 5.9%,19%,34.87%,62.5%and 106.1%,respectively;relative content of chlorophyll was increased by 22.7%;the root activity was 1.8 times of the control group. In addition, the content of available N,available P and available K increased by 53.56%,94.15%and 142.34%respectively under C2H1 treatment. As a result,C2H1 was the optimal combination treatment, which significantly promoted the growth of high-quality rice Yangeng 939 seedlings and the improvement of soil nutrients in the saline-alkali rice region.
