基于ANSYS的钢闸门静水压力及振动特性分析

为了评估钢闸门的安全性能,本文使用Inventor对钢闸门进行3D建模,以ANSYS为分析平台,分析钢闸门在静水工作状态下的应力、应变及变形情况;对钢闸门进行了模态分析,得到了前6阶振型及固有频率。分析结果表明,钢闸门的设计完全满足规范要求,并具有较大安全裕度,可通过调整钢闸门主次梁结构及布置形式达到减少设计成本的目的,可为钢闸门的安全校核及设计优化提供参考。
Analysis of static pressure and vibration characteristics of steel gate based on ANSYS
In order to evaluate the safety performance of steel gate,3D model of steel gate was built by Inventor and ANSYS was used to analyze the stress,strain and deformation of steel gate under static working condition.The modal analysis of the steel gate is carried out,and the first 6 modes and natural frequencies are obtained.The analysis results show that the design of steel gate fully meets the requirements of the code and has a large safety margin.The design cost can be reduced by adjusting the structure and layout of the main and secondary beams of steel gate,which can provide reference for the safety check and design optimization of steel gate.
