摘要

本文通过分析松花江流域洪水特点,选取典型洪水模拟松花江干流及其支流洪水演进过程,对松花江干流洪水传播时间、削峰率及干支流洪水叠加规律进行了研究,分析了松花江上游河道内洪水与哈尔滨断面洪水的关系,为松辽流域防洪减灾及保障哈尔滨防洪安全提供技术支撑.

Abstract

By analyzing the flood characteristics of Songhuajiang River basin,this paper selects typical floods to simulate the flood evolution process of Songhua River main stream and its tributaries,studies the flood propagation time,peak cutting rate and the superposition law of the flood of Songhua River main stream,and analyzes the relationship between the flood in the upper reaches of Songhua River and the flood in Harbin section.It provides technical support for flood control and disaster reduction in Songliao Basin and flood control safety in Harbin.
