Shallow landslide damage occurred on the right bank of Pubu reservoir dam,affecting the safety operation of reservoir dam.This study conducted a comprehensive analysis of the landslide causes,and combined with the specific situation of project area,implemented the emergency reinforce-ment engineering to repair the back slope collapse in right dam abutment,the lining structure fracture in outlet section of spillway tunnel,and the sliding of anchor block in outlet.The results indicate that these measures can effectively prevent further sliding of the landslide surface,reduce the risk of equipment damage,and ensure the safety operation of reservoir,which can provide reference for the emergency treatment of similar landslide problems.
