Study on the risk low of earth and rockfill dam engineering in medium and small-sized reservoirs based on analytic hierarchy process
There are a large number of medium and small-sized reservoirs in China,most of which are earth and rockfill dams.However,there is insufficient study on the risk law of earth and rockfill dam engineering in medium and small-sized reservoirs.By constructing a hierarchical structure model for safety evaluation of medium and small-sized reservoir earth and rockfill dams,based on the comprehensive weight analysis of dam safety risk and risk frequency,using the analytic hierarchy process to calculate weights and drawing the Pareto chart,the main risk indicators and factors of earth and rockfill dam engineering in medium and small-sized reservoirs are obtained by quantitative analysis.This study shows that the risk characteristics of earth and rockfill dam engineering in medium and small-sized reservoirs are balanced,comprehensive and regular.The main risk indexes of reservoirs are seepage safety,structural safety and insufficient flood control capacity.The main risk factors of reservoirs are dam seepage safety,flood discharge capacity re-view,dam structure safety,drainage structure safety,review of dam crest elevation and wave wall elevation,gate structure safety and hoist structure safety.The study results can provide reference and guidance for the reinforcement of small and medium-sized reservoir earth and rockfill dams in the new era.
