某抽水蓄能电站水淹厂房风险与淹没过程初步分析

随着抽水蓄能电站布局范围和建设规模的扩大,地下厂房水患威胁日益严重.从抽水蓄能电站水淹厂房突发事件风险分析的角度出发,按不同泄漏源划分为上游引水系统透水、机组管路透水、尾水管透水和雨水倒灌等透水场景.以某抽水蓄能电站为例,结合闸门启闭情况对不同透水场景下的淹没过程进行了分析计算,并针对不同泄漏源提出了相应的应急处置措施.
Preliminary analysis on risk and process of powerhouse flooding in a pumped storage power sta-tion
With the expansion of layout scope and construction scale of pumped storage power stations,the flood threat to underground powerhouses is becoming increasingly serious.From the perspective of risk analysis of the powerhouse flooding emergency in pumped storage power stations,it is divided into water permeation scenarios such as upstream water diversion system leakage,unit pipe leakage,draft tube leakage and rainwater backflow.Taking a pumped storage power station as an example,the inunda-tion processes under different permeation scenarios were analyzed and calculated based on the gate opening and closing situation,and corresponding emergency disposal measures were proposed for differ-ent leakage sources.
