Rapid trouble shooting of high pressure oil jacking device in a hydropower station
This paper introduces the structure and function of high pressure oil jacking device at a hy-dropower station,and analyzes the residual pressure in the main oil inlet ring pipe and main oil inlet pipe.Infrared thermal imagers are utilized to efficiently locate the faulty check throttles.Then,the causes for the residual pressure in the main oil inlet ring pipe and main oil inlet pipe are analyzed.Ac-cordingly,prevention measures are proposed.
