A flood prevention and emergency rescue management model for hydropower stations based on the systematic prevention and control
With the construction and operation of a large number of hydropower stations,incidents such as personal injury and property damage caused by the gate opening and flood discharge have occurred from time to time.Through a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the safety hazards and risks in the flood prevention and emergency rescue work of Dahua hydropower station,the causes of problems are identified.Taking"responsibility defined by information"as the core idea,a systematic,routinized,standardized and regulated control mode is formed by constructing a prevention and control management platform,clarifying the responsible parties,formulating work standards and implementing accountability mechanisms.The practice shows that the flood prevention and emergency rescue work of the hydropower station has achieved the effect of clear responsibility,timely warning,efficient linkage and precise dis-posal,whichhas resulted in good social and economic benefits.
