多台液压启闭机共用无电应急操作器的应用研究

为保证闸门启闭运行的平稳性和可靠性,通常采用双液压缸驱动闸门,保证双缸同步运行成为启闭机配备应急操作器时的关键因素.本项目应用了一种可以在多台液压启闭机需要应急操作时,共用一台液压应急操作器进行开度轮询显示的方式.应急操作器具有可移动性,接入液压管路及连接线缆后可自动识别启闭机编号,通过继电器组互锁保护、开度采集信号分线等实现应急双缸同步启闭闸门应用.通过现场应急操作器的安装、测试、运行等,验证了一台应急操作器轮流控制三台启闭机的可行性,达到了预期使用效果,为水电站类似液压启闭机应急操作提供了参考经验.
Application of non-electric emergency actuator for shared use by multiple hydraulic hoists
To ensure the stability and reliability of gate opening and closing,a dual hydraulic cylinder configuration is typically used to drive the gate.Synchronizing the two cylinders becomes a critical fac-tor when equipping the emergency actuator for the hoist.In this project,the method is applied that multi-ple hydraulic hoists are able to share a single hydraulic emergency actuator for polling display of open-ing during emergency operation.The emergency actuator is movable and once connected to the hydrau-lic lines and cables,it can automatically identify the hoist number.The synchronized operation of two cylinders to open or close the gate is realized through relay interlocking protection,opening collection signal splitting and other mechanisms.The feasibility of using a single emergency actuator to alternately control three hoists is validated through on-site installation,testing and operation,which meets the ex-pected performance and can offer reference for the emergency operation of similar hydraulic hoists in hy-dropower stations.
